Job Description
Request :
- Form 6 or above.
- Fluency in spoken and written in English & Chinese.
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge in SAP would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge in workflow of shipping arrangement (export, trading company) and shipping document.
- Independent, patient, accuracy at work.
- At least 10 years working experience at shipping field.
Duty :
- Responsible for supervising the Shipping Department.
- Monitor the maker’s shipping performance and consolidation center’s performance.
- Take care the duty when teammate is absent.
- Support and follow up sales team enquiry & duty.
- Shipping document & regular report preparation.
- Report directly to the MD of the company.
