Our client, a Japanese trading company ,is now looking for a Shipping Clerk with the following details:
Duties:
- Prepare delivery documents and reports
- Handle I/E Documents and reports
- Liaise with overseas and local delivery companies for arrangement
- Follow up orders and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
- Provide administrative support and data support
Requirement
- DSE graduate
- Around shipping/ logistics/ procurement experience
- Good Mandarin and English
- Able to handle documents, data support and coordination with different parties
