Responsibilities

• Support on daily operations of Regional Distribution Centre (RDC)  including cargo receiving, unloading and shipping activities related to distribution service to ensure full compliance of customer and SOP requirements
• Work closely with customers, warehouse worker and internal operations team in coordinating RDC daily operations
• Prepare regular reporting and required documents to fullfill customer requirements
• Assist Team Lead to manage the cost and quality of Value Added Service activities at Distribution Centre to ensure meet with customer requirements
• Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• 44 working hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Diploma or above in Logistics Studies or related discipline is preferable.
• 3 years working experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry, candidate with further experience will be considered as Coordinator position
• Operational knowledge of warehousing industry is definite advantage
• Good communications skill
• Proficiency in MS Office Application, Strong in Excel
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese is a MUST, proficiency in Mandarin preferred
• Willing to work overtime
• Work Location: Tin Shui Wai
