Education, Experience and Skills that we are looking for:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience on handling import & export shipping documents preferably for coal/ construction raw material/ bulk cargo shipment for ASEAN or South Africa or ME countries
• Knowledge of UCP, ISBP is a must.
• Holder of CDCS will be an advantage.
• Good at English and Cantonese, both verbal and written, and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle & Office 365
• Detail oriented, positive attitude, independent, well organized and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in documentation checking & issuance
• Facilitate efficiency of Bills team
• Ensure accuracy and timely presentation of documents
