A leading multi-national FMCG company is searching a Plan Manager overlooking both Demand and Supply planning for assigned category.

Demand Planning:

• Research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast.
• Ensure demand plan are updated correctly and loaded into system on time
• Ensure all demand plan file are updated on weekly basis and send to sales team accordingly

Supply Planning:

• Ensure supply points received a realistic and attainable planning, in line with the identified guidelines and constraints (eg: order lead time, ordering MOQ)
• Ensure aligned weekly STR/STO with supply point/hub 
• Responsible for the inventory processes and ensure that inventory covers the projected demand (Correct DIO for FG)
• Joint effort with supply point to conduct the Quarterly Business Review

Requirements:

• University Degree graduated in Supply Chain Management or Related
• Good command in both Chinese and English
• Experienced in SAP - APO will be an advantage
• Experiences gained from FMCG / Retail industries will be preferred
