Shipping Executives Are Responsible For

1. Working with Senior to manage the incoming stock by air, sea and land
2. Managing all important documents such as shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading, airway bills etc., and settling custom clearance and related payment
3. Daily tracking, checking, prioritizing and arranging pick up of stock
4. Cooperating with sales team and logistics team in regard to ensure smooth and effective local logistics of goods
5. Accurately updating spreadsheets and stock information for internal communication
6. Efficiently and accurately reporting arrival issues to import team for further discussion with suppliers

 Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma Graduate; Form 6 (HKDSE)/ Form 7 (HKALE) or above with good relevant experience will still be considered
2. Familiar with both Windows and MS Office especially Excel (Pivot Table and Vlookup)
3. Basic communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
4. Must be detail-oriented, self-organized, responsible, hard-working and independent, good time management skills is expected
5. Knowledge about air freight and sea shipping regulations & practices will be an advantage
6. Commitment and devotion to working in a dynamic environment
