Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide the analysis and assessment information and data of the existing business model and practices vs market competitors for assigned clients.
  • Understanding what clients wish to improve or fix (include but not limited to review financial statements, market segmentation, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices, etc.).
  • Conduct research, develop new business model and prepare recommendations and present them to clients (include but not limited to organization creates, delivers, and captures value, in economic, social, cultural or other contexts, the process of business model construction and modification/business model innovation and forms a part of business strategy, etc.).
  • Establish, set-up, develop objectives/goals (such as : KPIs) from company’s prospective and delivery to functional departments/heads for execution, so to achieve KPIs and company objectives.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency for client.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in business management / business administration / marketing / accounting.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in beauty / healthcare / retail / FMCG / F&B / financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Possess and able to demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, excellent project and management skills.
  • A team player with positive work attitude and well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience is highly preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
