Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for teaching, train-up and tutorial learners/students (e.g. beginner) in using the entire Microsoft Excel features and formulates from entry level to advance level, including but not limited to the followings :
  • Use different types of excel skills and knowledge to formulates and calculation, combine excel  features and functions (such as : vlookup, pivot table, etc.), automatic updating of reports and charts with live data, handling growing data in formulas using offset, indirect and array, retrieve specific data from a database, handling #N/A and different types of formula errors, etc.
  • Using excel for business data analysis, organizing growing data systematically and enabling automatic updating of reports and charts.
  • Using excel to handle growing data in formulas using offset, indirect and array.
  • Summarizing data using SUMIFS and DSUM based on dates and complex criteria.
  • Spreadsheet modeling for data, setting up relationships to link up multiple worksheets in creating pivot-table reports, linking live data between Excel, PowerPoint & Word, etc.
  • Integrating an Access database with Excel, advanced data analysis techniques using SQL and PivotTables.
  • Using Macros to automate Excel processes.
  • Managing the time value of money using Excel financial functions, e.g., IRR, XIRR, MIRR, NPV, etc.
  • Reconciliation of data from multiple workbooks.
  • Financial planning, budgeting, control analysis using excel, etc.
  • Ensure learners/students fully apply excel skills and knowledge

 Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Computer / Information Technology or relevant subject.
  • At least 2-4 years relevant teaching experience.
  • Hands-on working experience in using excel (advance level).
  • Commit and reliable to teaching schedule and this role, willing to work in flexible working schedule (e.g. after office hours, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred. 

Working location : Wong Tai Sin (approx. 10-15 minutes away from Wong Tai Sin MTR)
