Job Duties 

• Report to the Vice President - Finance, the incumbent has general management responsibility and authority for all accounting, financial control, reporting, planning and analysis and statutory compliance functions of the Company and its subsidiaries;
• Work with the immediate superior to develop the overall financial strategy for the Company; Provide financial perspectives on the company’s operation and strategy
• Lead a sizeable team in Shenzhen
• Establish, maintain and manage all financial control policies and procedures for the protection and management of the company's assets, and management of the company's liabilities;
• Manage the annual business, financial and tax planning and periodic forecasting process;
• Participate in merger and acquisition, and other ad hoc projects
• Prepare group consolidated financial statements

Requirements 

• A qualified accountant with a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;
• Minimum 10 years of MNC working experience in accounting and finance;
• Knowledge on US GAAP and tax compliance; 
• Previous working experience in leading a team in China a must;
• Experience in merger and acquisition, IPO and finance system implementation will be a definite advantage;
• Experience in trading/garment/manufacturing will be an advantage;
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic mind-set with strong business acumen;
• Possess strong ability and willingness to work in fast paced environment, to strive for continuous improvement and able to work in a hands-on manner;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen frequently (at least 3-4 days per week).
