Responsibilities / 工作:

• Handle full set of accounts with minimal supervision, including AP, GL, bank reconciliation statement, daily accounting operation e.g. data entry, handle payments, etc.
• coordinate with shop staffs to verify receipts of transactions and handle discrepancies,
• Cash flow forecast, prepare financial accounts (month-end, year-end closing including P & L, balance sheet), consolidation reports and other management reports as required
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit, organize inventory audit
• Payroll administration
• Knowledge and experience in handling tax return, statutory audits and company secretary documents is an advantage

Requirements / 要求:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or any related discipline, candidates approaching HKICPA is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting / finance experience in sizable companies preferably in retail industry
• Exposure in treasury monitoring and cash flow management, hands-on experience in consolidation and management accounting for listed companies is desirable
• Sound knowledge of computerized accounting system is required
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Company secretary work experience would be an asset. Candidate with more experience and knowledge will be considered for the post of Assistant Accounting Manager
• Immediately available is essential
