An International law firm based in UK, with operations in several APAC regions is currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Finance team as a Credit Controller.

Duties

• Own responsibility of optimizing and managing lock up (WIP & Debt), through maximising debt collection
• Chase overdue invoices according to the credit control policy via phone, email and letter
• Hold monthly WIP & Debt meeting with Partners to review and highlight significant issue
• Handle daily client queries and dispute invoices
• Ensure monthly cash collection target are met and bad debts are minimized
• Process bad debt write off and ensure all policies and procedures are complied

 Attributes

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years working experience as Credit Controller
• Experience working in international legal firms is preferred 
• Team player in regard to both the local and global finance and credit control teams
• Proactiveness and high level of communication is essential
• Strong analytical mindset
