Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily accounting work including petty cash reimbursement, cheque payment, vouchers and data input
- Prepare and issue services invoices
- Closely follow payment and collection progress of clients by direct contacts through phone calls or emails
- Assist in preparation of management report as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- LCC Higher / Diploma or above in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word, and hand-on skills in accounting software
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and a good team player
- Candidate with more experience or high qualification will be considered Assistant Accountant
