1. Oversee and drive the costing control for all manufacturing units
2. Streamline the current process and procedures and identify the areas with operation efficiency and cost savings
3. Prepare the annual budget, monthly forecast and implement the directions from management for functional departments
4. Set KPIs for all departments and keep track of the process and business performance metrics
5. Attend monthly management meeting, highlight the points for the management's attention and follow up the action plan
6. Liaise with third parties such as government officials, contractors, suppliers, lawyers, landlords, etc
7. Provide the management with in-depth analysis for various operations which is vital to decision making
8. Identify weaknesses in internal control systems and provide recommendation for enhancement and improvements
9. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration
2. Minimum 8 years related experiences in sizeable multi-national companies  
3. Solid experiences at strategic level and policies making is a plus, garment background is an advantage
4. Detail-oriented with excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and BI tools
5. Experience working in Consultancy Firm is highly preferred
6. Ability to resolve challenges, good problem identification and solving skills
7. Fluent written English and Mandarin
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Occasional travelling is required
