Main Duties

• Full set of accounting and bookkeeping
• Sales Commission calculation
• Prepare financial statement and supporting schedule
• Prepare annual budget and monitor cash flow
• Prepare annual statutory audit, tax filing etc.
• Responsible for all Human Resources Issues
• Letter writing and general administration works
• Handle logistics and import shipping documents

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting or LCC & I (Level 3)
• At least 5 years’ solid experience
• Mature with high self-initiatives
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Peachtree A/C System
• Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
