This position will oversee and maintain the company Asian’s complex, ever-changing, tax structure and treasury function through action-oriented communication with senior management as well as various groups within the organization

• Identify opportunities for enhancement and overall improvement of existing Asian operational models to reduce the company’s overall effective tax rate, reduce complexity, and mitigate risk

• Effectively communicate strategic initiatives and opportunities to senior leadership

• Assist on transfer pricing analysis, documentation, compliance and audit defense for Asian jurisdictions

• Provide direction, counsel and overall technical support for staff within the department,

• Support the tax compliance and provision processes for Asian based jurisdictions

• Develop and oversee Asia liquidity, repatriation strategies and both internal and external financing alternatives to provide sufficient operating funds for Asian operating companies while meeting corporate objectives

• Identify, evaluate and recommend strategies to mitigate foreign currency risk and

• Develop and implement best practice integrated cash management, treasury systems and operations in the Asian region to effectively support the business operations, efficiently concentrate funds, streamline banking relationships and minimize costs

Personnel Specifications

• B.S. in Accounting or other related degree required
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of tax analysis and management experience, at least 5 of which must be in international tax
• Experience with a multi-national, fortune 100 company complex international worldwide tax structure (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of international tax structures i.e., limited risk distributors, tax-efficient Supply Chain structures
