As a rapidly growing organisation, we are now looking for a bright and energetic Accounts clerk to join our team.

Job Description

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and duties (e.g. data entry, voucher preparation, bank reconciliation, petty cash, filing documents, etc.)
• Assist in preparing month-end closing and prepare accounting reports
• Prepare all expenses payments and petty cash reimbursement
• Provide other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience as in accounting field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Chinese Word Processing and hands-on experience in using MYOB
• Independent, well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command (written and spoken) of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
