Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for day to day accounting financial analysis, monthly, interim and annual closing
• Compile monthly consolidated financial statements, disclosure notes and schedules
• Monitor financial matters, ensure compliance of group financial policies from all PRC regions
• Assist in system development and enhancement projects
• Coordinate and finalise the interim/ annual audit and tax filing
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting and reporting
• Finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of PRC accounting standards and taxation in PRC property development and property investment industry
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Kingdee Accounting System an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
