Responsibilities

• In charge of the whole accounting process including General Journal, Payment & Receipts, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Manage costing and inventory record in general ledger system
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance and tax returns
• Handle month-end and year-end close process
• Follow accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Hands-on experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process
• Experience with accounting software packages, SAP-B1
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• High accuracy and attentive to detail
