Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and financial reports;
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis reports;
• Prepare bank reconciliations and accounts analysis;
• Handle expense claims, petty cash & banking activities;
• Handle inventory stock management & prepare inventory reports;
• Coordinate audit schedules and liaise with external auditors;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and other duties when required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in accountancy or equivalent;
• At least 2-3 years’ solid accounting experience;
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations;
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
