Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, Inventory, Cashflow Control, Journal Voucher and General Ledger etc….
• Responsible for month-end closing, reporting and bank reconciliation;
• Handle customer settlement and staff reimbursement;
• Handle all in/outbound operation support with our project team, include but not limited to online/offline payment, ordering and delivery procedures;
• Prepare and consolidate budget forecasts and conduct budget analysis & reviews with management;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above 
• 3 years relevant experience, e-Commerce experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
• Mature, stable, self-motivated, good team player, always keep learning
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
• Proficiency in PC Knowledge including Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table,..) & Word, Chinese Typing, MYOB System is an advantage
• LCCI Level 2 or above
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting and Operation Officer
