Greater China is a very important market for Mannatech and the company is launching their business and is in process of putting together their initial core team in Greater China.

We are currently seeking for an experience accounting professional to join our Greater China finance team. This is a newly created position with full-function exposure, career growth and senior position potential.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Perform sales, cash receipt and order shipment reconciliations.
• Authorize sale return and customer refund requests in JDE.
• Review credit card receipts and follow-up uncollected trade account if any.
• Ad-hoc operational support to Sales & Marketing, Distribution and Customer Service.
• Support Mgt. request of sales data & inquiry of performance on need basis.
• Prepare month-end 3PL cost and distributor incentives accrual journal entries.
• Co-ordinate with Shared Service Team during month-end close cycle to submit inter-office reporting package H.Q. Finance.
• Participate and assist in preparing annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly budget to actual analysis.
• Petty cash management and maintain local contact with banks, consultants, tax filing agency and auditors.
• General office support if any.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and Finance, with 3-5 years working experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP, local tax and statutory reporting laws
• Knowledge of ERP system - J.D. Edwards desirable.
• Direct Selling/Multi-Level market experience desirable.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional colleagues, work independently, juggle priorities and attention to details.
