Responsibilities :

• Promoting our services through warm- and cold-calls and client meetings.
• Maximize sales potential by ensuring a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Maintain the relationship with clients to ensure sustainable cooperation.
• Identify right talents/candidates for clients through interviews and assessment process based on client's needs.
• Managing the clients and candidates meetings process through interview to offer stage and beyond.

Requirements:

• Degree holder (such as : Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, IT, Human Resources Management, Business, etc.).
• With relevant experience is highly preferred (such as : Recruitment Consultancy, Banking, Financial Institution, Financial Service, Insurance Service, Legal Service, IT, Retail, Human Resources, etc.).
• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
• Self-driven and independent individuals.
• Team spirit and creativity to contribute to a dynamic and professional culture.
• Resourceful and initiative.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure.
