Eureka Language Services is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual for the position of Client Relations Officer (CRO).The CRO will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service for our clients. The CRO will also be responsible for liaising between various internal agents and ensuring a superior flow of information internally.

         Responsibilities:

• Organizing different English programmes for schools and corporate clients
• Communicate with native English teachers, clients and parents
• Placement of teachers to schools, centres, or private tuitions
• Handling enquiries from individuals and schools
  
  
  Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Excellent command of English
• Be able to speak Cantonese
• Independent , well-organised and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Passionate about quality education and English teaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
