Job Responsibilities:

•  To coordinate operations and  other departments
• To provide quality service in daily operations such as data printing , updating  data into system, answer service enquiries …etc
• To execute other assignments as appointed by the manager

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or DSE graduate or above
• 2 year working experience. Less experience with higher academe level will also consider
• Organized with good working attitude. Flexible and able to work under pressure
• PC literacy and Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and excel)
• Familiar with SAP will be advantage

• 負責內部與運務部間之協調
• 負責運務部日常運作包括資料輸入、文件印刷及解答有關服務查詢
• 協助及處理上級委派之工作

 要求:

•  中五或文憑試以學歷
• 具2年以上工作經驗,  如未具相關經驗或持有更較高學歷者亦將會被考慮
• 具有良好的工作態度、敬業精神、處事細心、具彈性、主動積極
• 熟識電腦操作、對微軟Word 及Excel具有熟練技巧
• 對SAP系統有認識者將被優先考慮
• 應屆畢業生亦予考慮
