Job Description

  • University graduate with degree ideally in business management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience serving as personal assistant or executive assistant to C-level executive in large organizations
  • Good in organization of business meetings and events
  • Fluent in English and Chinese both in writing and spoken (Mandarin and Cantonese). Can handle reports, meeting minutes and correspondence independently
  • Pleasant and hard-working. Also sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters
  • Strong in computer skills including Excel, Words, PowerPoint*, and ideally also MS Project
  • Does not mind travelling to and from Tsuen Wan as office location
  • Can start with one-month notice upon confirmation

*Not only in using PowerPoint, but the illustration and presentation techniques thereof.
