Job Description
Our client is a leading company looking for an Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, documents filing, maintenance of office equipment, procurement of supplies, etc.
- Provide support in reception area such as greeting visitors and guests
- Organize conference room bookings
- Handle courier and mailing arrangements
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
- Detailed-minded and problem solving skills
