The incumbent will be responsible to prepare and submit all kinds of document for application of Fresh Provision Shop License with FEHD (including layout drawing). He/ She will need to renew all kind of licenses and keep up to dates in database, as well as to liaise and follow up with relates parties for license application to ensure all licenses are deliverables for new store. He/ She will also need to provide office administration support such as filing, scanning and coordination work.

• Diploma / high diploma with 2-3 years of experience in catering and retail licensing
• Proficient in MS Office and have knowledge in AutoCAD
• Well-organized, meticulous and proactive personality is essential
• Fresh graduates / less experience will be considered as Assistant Licensing Officer.
