Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing secretarial support to the Division Head and performing departmental administrative duties
- Assist in carrying out Human Resources functions including recruitment & separation, performance management, compensation and benefits management, etc.
- Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above with passess in English, Chinese Language and Mathematics in HKCEE
- With at least 5 years’ experience in secretarial/office administration, preferably gained in sizable companies
- Mature, detailed-minded and good organization, interpersonal & communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Accurate typing, good PC skills and proficient in using MS Office, including Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations an advantage
- Fresh graduates will NOT be considered
