Responsibilities

• To act as a business partner to identify the manpower needs of departments.
• To be responsible for talent acquisition activities, such as organizing selection interview, recruitment talks, campus recruitment, design TA program in collaboration with external organizations according to corporate goals, covering regions of HK, Macau and the PRC.
• To arrange and conduct disciplinary meeting and to work with line managers to sort out staff issues.
• To keep abreast of the latest hiring trends and channels, provide prompt recommendations and recruitment plan to ensure manpower pipelines.
• To lead, drive and participate in a variety of staff engagement events and orientation activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Around 6 to 10 years substantial work experience in talent acquisition and account servicing of retail industry preferred.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and all related legislations of Hong Kong and Macau
• Be familiar with various assessment tools would be an advantage
• A self-starter with excellent organizing and event management skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
