Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily receptionist duties includes phone calls, meeting arrangement & greet visitors in professional manner
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mails and parcels, arrange courier service for local and overseas offices
- Support for general administrative duties and coordinate with service providers for office equipment repair and maintenance.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- With 3 years of relevant experiences
- Mature and pleasant personality to communicate with all levels
- English and Mandarin language proficiency
- Proficiency of MS Office
- Immediate available is preferable
