Job Description:

  • Responsible for the areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement activities, employee development;
  • Implement recruitment plans and execute an effective HR strategy to meet human capital needs of the Group;
  • Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Structure and implement staff retention program;
  • Provide support to the management to cope with the Group’s business development;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience from multinational/ sizable organizations, with at least 3 years in managerial experience;
  • Well versed in China Labour Laws;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua);
  • Well-organized, positive working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player;
  • Working experience in plant is highly advantageous;
  • Work in Southern China is required.
