Job Description:
- Responsible for the areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement activities, employee development;
- Implement recruitment plans and execute an effective HR strategy to meet human capital needs of the Group;
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Structure and implement staff retention program;
- Provide support to the management to cope with the Group’s business development;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience from multinational/ sizable organizations, with at least 3 years in managerial experience;
- Well versed in China Labour Laws;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua);
- Well-organized, positive working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player;
- Working experience in plant is highly advantageous;
- Work in Southern China is required.
