The job holder is responsible to provide an all round human resources services to the management in support of the business operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform payroll administrative work and compile related HR and payroll monthly reports.
2. Responsible for full recruitment process by exercising the selection & interview process, reference check, etc.
3. Maintain a complete and updated personnel records of newcomers, termination and movement in HR system, personnel files and master files.
4. Assist in reviewing company policy and procedures in support of the smooth operation of the department.
5. Prepare all documentation work, including payment advice, tax return, etc on a timely basis.
6. Organize staff activities and search new ideas for staff recreations.
7. Assist to develop and execute HR initiatives such as employee survey and talent management system implementation.
8. Fresh graduated candidate will also be considered.

REQUIREMENT

1. Higher diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
2. 1-2 years solid working experiences in all rounded HR activities.
3. Experience in Catering Industry is a bonus.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Mature, proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-minded & capability to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in MS Office including Word, MS Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
7. Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
