The Roles:

• Being a trusted advisor and service provider to deliver quality HR service to managers and colleagues including but not limited to onboarding, expatriate management, exit management and throughout employee life cycle
• Supporting leaders throughout the performance management process, engagement and local talent programs
• Consulting with people managers on activities such as performance improvement plans and employee relations
• Advising managers on HR policies, processes and regulations
• Being a change enabler to support colleagues and managers with the changes on the launch of Employee & Manager Self Service in Workday

Our Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in generalist HR field, preferably gained from sizable organisations
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with complexity and ambiguity
• A good team player, self-driven and result-oriented
• Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
• Good Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and HRIS (Workday an advantage)
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)
