Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including visa handling, recruitment, employee services,  compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Prepare HR reports and analysis on regular basis
• Monitor and update leave and attendance records in HR system
• Perform reference verification, orientation and other training information
• Assist in ad hoc projects/assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience 
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance 
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word processing 
• Can work independently, positive working attitude
• Detail-oriented, well organized, responsible, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
