Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests in a professional manner and handling incoming calls
- Handle a wide range of administrative duties such as general office admin & handling incoming/outgoing mails and couriers
- Provide secretarial support to team
- Support on various events related to training or seminar
- Maintain meeting room schedule
- To assist ad hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
- Degree graduated or above
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
- Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
- Strong sense of responsibilities and pro-active
- Immediate available is preferable
