Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests in a professional manner and handling incoming calls
  • Handle a wide range of administrative duties such as general office admin & handling incoming/outgoing mails and couriers
  • Provide secretarial support to team
  • Support on various events related to training or seminar
  • Maintain meeting room schedule
  • To assist ad hoc duties when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
  • Degree graduated or above
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
  • Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and pro-active
  • Immediate available is preferable
