Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of general affairs / office management including office renovation, office insurance, facilities maintenance, seating arrangement, house-keeping, purchase of office supplies and items etc.
• Act as the contact point for vendors and service providers for administrative matters and negotiate the terms and conditions of service contract
• Provide full HR support including recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits administration, etc.
• Formulate HR and administration policies and procedures in accordance with the business requirements
• Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding various issues and respond to queries and questions in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of office administration and HR experience in a sizable organization
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and HR related regulations
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
