Responsibilities:

• Assist in training need analysis of front-line and office staff, through survey, questionnaire and interview etc.;
• Develop lesson rundown and consolidate materials of new courses under existing training curriculum;
• Maintain and update service training materials and aids continuously;
• Prepare training hand-outs, materials, tools and samples before training classes;
• Deliver customer service, selling skills and supervisory trainings to front-line staff;
• Execute field work in shops to evaluate front-line staff’s performance;
• Prepare and validate assessment questions for front-line staff;
• Coordinate with brands, internal departments and sales team for arranging brand trainings to front-line staff;
• Manage e-platform to facilitate learning;
• Support store opening initiatives, staff development and service enhancing programs, projects and workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in training and development in retail industry, preferably in luxury retail;
• Knowledge in optometry is preferable;
• Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player;
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
