Our client, is a China based conglomerate with market leading businesses in South China including but not limited to property development, property investment, hospitality operation, vehicles distribution, build materials trading and etc.

In China, their reputation is concrete, and expanding. The current team in Hong Kong is well established for several years, as a holding company.  It is exciting times for them as they are in the running for their IPO at present and expected to be listed on HKEX this year.  With this, they are now in search for an Assistant HR Manager, to manage their HR operations in Hong Kong.  This role will also part serve the China HR office. Reporting to the HR Director of the company, this person will be responsible for,

Job Description

• To perform full spectrum of HR operations in Hong Kong including but not limited to compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and etc
• Act as a business partner to support HR Director and managements on all project initiatives
• Being a key member to support the IPO project of the company

• Formulate and implement new HR policies & procedures to cope with business growth
• Organize company activities such as event hosting, annual dinner, training program and etc
• Assist in company administration department for general administrative duties

Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of working experience as a HR generalist
• Experience in HK listed company or property industry highly desired
• Excellent people skills and capable of dealing with senior executives and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and perform HR business partnership
• Experience in IPO project an advantage
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China is required
