Job Description:

• Lead a small team of HR staff and responsible for all round HR duties 
• Explore all opportunities and carry out all activities to uplift  the Group’s corporate image to cope the Group’s business development
• To manage the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, monthly payroll and wage computation, compensation leave & benefits, employee relations

• To oversee the administrative operations of the Company including but not limited to office and branches procurement, maintenance, Workman Compensation, Contractors all Risk, and public liability insurance policy ,  tenancy agreement management, renovation under cost saving management program

• To handle work as well as leave and attendance records

• To monitor and develop policies and procedures on all HR and administrative matter

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin. experience in managerial level, preferably in retail industry

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with all levels of staff

• Well-organized, positive working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, positive, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and be a good team player

• Hand on experience to handle the program of quality management system of Accredited Certificate of ISO9001, ISO 14001; Caring company from HKCSS, Certificate from Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency Ltd .

• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, HK Salaries tax regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
