Our client is an vibrant Chinese Fintech start-up in Hong Kong with strong partnership with well established corporations in banking and financial advisory services. Currently it is seeking for a versatile professional to become their Senior ALM Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the establishment & implementation of liquidity risk framework and policies, managing the banking book interest rate risk, internal capital adequacy assessment and recovery planning. He/ she will be the core member to closely liaise with senior management and advise on treasury matters, as well as overseeing IRRBB projects and related exercise for Basel requirements.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/ Business/Risk Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years solid experience in banking experience and exposure in ALM areas
• Strong technical and product knowledge in treasury activities
• Good analytic capabilities and sophisticated planning and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and energetic and act as a good team player with committed mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager role
