Job Description:

• Provide business solutions to address business needs
• Provide direction for the design, and systems integration of development projects from definition through implementation
• Ensure digital deliverables are in compliance with business requirements and standards
• Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Serve as liaison between business units and digital / development team
• Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing risks throughout the project
• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 4+ years of working experience with eBanking, digital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking team, under personal banking or corporate banking are welcome (few openings)
• Sound knowledge in Digital banking business workflow, products, features and process
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, identifying gaps, estimating, implementation, project management, test planning and execution, user acceptance testing definition and execution
• Understanding of new concepts and fintech
• Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skill
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
