Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client onboarding and new account opening;
• Conduct on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
• Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking;
• Perform account documentation checking for new account opening and existing accounts;
• Handle and Process Client information;
• Handle customer enquiries and provide day-to-day customer services function;
• Handle general clerical duties and provide daily administrative support;
• Assist to prepare statistical reports;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder with minimum 2-3 year’s relevant experience;
• Holder of SFC license I (Securities) and II (Futures Trading) regulated activities preferred;
• Good sense and experience on CDD, KYC & AML requirements, procedures and approaches;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and Chinese processing;
• Attentive to details, patient and strong responsibility;
• A team player, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
