Product coverage – mainly cash equities, will extend to bond, repo, reverse repo, note, OTC swaps and FX.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of MO to complete the day to day trade booking, confirmation handling, client enquires. Ensure the daily tasks are all completed accurately in a timely manner;
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including clients and different internal departments;
• Participate in meetings related to new projects/new system enhancements as well as UAT;
• Team management which includes providing training and coaching, addressing any staff performance issues, arranging holiday coverage etc.;
• Handle ad hoc task that is assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of middle office experience with solid understanding in equities and fixed income products;
• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in related subject;
• Expert user in MS Excel including VBA;
• Self-motivated and well organized;
• Strong analytical and presentation skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in building effective collaboration with cross-functional partners across seniority levels;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus.
