Job 1 : Chartered / Sr. / Surveyor (top-tier property developer)

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical lead and support for high-end serviced apartments or residential or commercial offices or hotels portfolios.
• Lead surveyor & technical teams to oversee repair & maintenance and managing upgrading projects.
• To assist in preparing budget reports, advising maintenance strategies, vetting tenants fit-out works and supervising contractors' work quality and delivery to ensure it is up to group standards. 

Requirement :

• Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in building surveying field, preferably within property management firms/ property developers / property consultancy.
• Prior experiences in Consultant Firms or Gov. Dept. (ASD, BD, HKHA..etc) or repairs and maintenance field are advantage, however candidates with new built/ A&A/ retro-fit project experiences are also welcome to apply.
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in written and spoken in English & Chinese (Mandarin/Putonghua).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details with good written skills in English and Chinese.
• Professional membership in MHKIS/ MRICS.

Job 2 : Design Architect, Sr. Design Architect /

             Project Manager, Sr. Manager, Director

Responsibilities :

• Generate architectural design ideas and develop drawings and models throughout design phrases, such as schematic design, design development and construction document
• Communicate with clients and other external parties to ensure designs are functionally and aesthetically aligned with requirements
• Conduct presentations to deliver the concepts and details of ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with teams and review relevant materials to make sure projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner

Requirements :

• Degree qualified / Degree holder in Architecture or relevant disciplines.
• MHKIA or equivalent with at least 5 years of post qualification experience and Authorized Person would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience of developing conceptual and detail design for residential / commercial / institutional projects in Hong Kong (with project experience in other countries involvement (e.g. PRC, Asia-countries, etc.) would be a huge advantage.
• Detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros, SketchUp, etc.
• Fluent in written and spoken in English & Chinese (Mandarin/Putonghua) would be an advantage.
• Strong relationship building skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
