Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of residential complex

• Duties including liaising with tenants, handling inquiries and complaints

• Supervising site staff and monitoring of contractor’s performance, etc

• Prepare daily & incident reports and draft notices to tenants if necessary

• Arrange daily repair & maintenance works

• Attend site meetings with service providers

• Report directly to Leasing Manager at Head Office

• Working hour: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 6 days a week on shift

Requirement: 

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and possess good PC skills

• Form 5 or above, or Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

• Able to work independently and willing to work over time

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Building Attendant / Building Attendant
