Job Description
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines;
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in large-scale foundation and civil projects;
- Professional membership of RICS or HKIS is highly preferred;
- Contract administration, VO/Claims and subletting experience;
- Experience with Government Contracts would also be a benefit;
- Be responsible and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
