Responsibilities

• Produce 2D & 3D interior design drawings including layout plan, renderings and product list
• Prepare full set of design and construction drawings for home design and show flat projects
• Assist to coordinate and supervise site work to ensure projects are completed on time
• Communicate with customers, contractors and vendors including follow up calls or emails
• Responsible on materials selection and sourcing of home design
• Provide interior consultation to customers regarding layout design, renovation, storage advice, and furniture selection
• Organize different kinds of interior advisory service event to customers, including but not limit to exhibitions, workshops, talks, etc.
• Support store manpower and customer service when required
• Shift duty is required

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Interior Design or related disciplines
• 3-5 years interior design experience on home living or renovation project experience  
• Proficient in handling full set of design and construction drawings
• Strong in site supervision with good time management and quality control skills
• Good in planning and project execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
