Manage daily operations of Makerspace at Lai Chi Kok including but not limited to training and supervising members, implementing and maintaining safety protocols, tracking equipment use, scheduling and performing maintenance, regulating access to areas throughout the space such as general access, wood working, metal working and the paint booth. 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily administrative tasks for Makerspace operations
• Maintaining the safely of Makerspace environment
• Train and manage members using the machines in Makerspace
• Manage supplies and material stock for users

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in IT/Computer Science, or Other Disciplines of Engineering
  
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experiences, fresh-graduates are also welcome
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality
• Self-motivated and work independently
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Perform support and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
