Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and supervision of maintenance team and contractor to plan, coordinate, implement and review all repair and maintenance work.
- Upgrading works of building services system and liaison with tenants.
- Attending regular meeting and answer emergency call.
- Prepare budget and propose improvement plan.
- Inspect and audit on repair and maintenance works ensuring progress and completion meeting statutory requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing and outsourcing repair and maintenance works.
Requirements
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma / Certificate in Engineering / Building Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in repair & maintenance of Electrical / HVAC / Building Services and MEP systems
- Minimum 1 year working experience at managerial level in facility / property maintenance preferable
- Holder of Grade A / B Registered Electrical Worker Certificate preferable and Safety Card
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments and can work independently.
