Job Description
Main Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of sales & service team support including pre-sales and post sales coordination.
- Liaise with internal parties, customers, forwarders for delivery schedule and related documents
- Schedule of shipment and logistic support
- Maintain storage and coordinate stock distribution with internal & external parties.
- Inventory record and control
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years clerk experience preferred
- Organized, responsible and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to work independently with limit supervision
